By accessing or using Super8 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Super8 is a creative design platform that combines AI-powered image generation, professional editing tools, and 3D rendering capabilities in a unified canvas. We may update, add, or remove features as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or generate using Super8 (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any source materials you upload.
  • We do not claim ownership over Your Content.
  • We do not use Your Content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through AI features of the Service is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that AI-generated content is appropriate for your intended use. AI outputs may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates real individuals without authorization.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Service Changes

Some features may be preview features and may change, be suspended, or be removed without notice. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we may modify or discontinue parts of it at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Super8 and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Super8 name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
